About the Paramedic Position
We're looking for a trained paramedic to be part of our team at Fireline Medics. Our paramedics for the 2024 fire season will be deployed to support and attend those helping fight wildfires.
The goal is to provide the best service you can to help people in need and be an integral part in the effort to contain wildfires around the United States.
Applicants from all over the United States are hired and travel costs for all deployments are fully covered by Fireline Medics! You DO NOT need to relocate for this position.
Paramedic Responsibilities

Operate medical tents on Fire Base Camps
Attend those who need medical attention on base or in medical vehicle
Capability to perform demanding work in adverse environmental conditions such as heat, smoke, and rugged terrain
Ability to work effectively in a team and coordinate with other emergency response professionals
Paramedic Requirements

Proven experience as a paramedic

Professional CPR Certification
EVOC
Wilderness Medical Card
PALS (Depending on State)

Love of the outdoors
Pay for this position is hourly with guaranteed overtime (1.5x pay) and stipend for food & clothing.
This years hourly rates for paramedics are $35.36 - $41.27 depending on experience and deployment type (single resource, REMS, etc.)
